Act your shoe size, not your age!

Grab your school uniform, wrap your tie around your head and pull your socks up as we relive the best (and worst!) tunes from your misspent youth at Skool Dayz, the bestest school disco ever (fact!) this Saturday from 10pm- 2am (Circles from 7pm).

 Just £6 entry

Downstairs, there’s timeless classics from the 90’s and 00s to get your ‘zigazig ah!’ on to! Or, ‘Oiiii, Fix-up, look-sharp!’ upstairs where you’ll have the chance to get down to some old-skool hip-hop, R&B, and D&B.

It’s the perfect way to stay out way beyond your bedtime without getting told off!

Circling Info: Owing to increased demand for circling we are now having to manage the capacity for this part of the event!

Therefore to take part in the circling aspect of the event you must purchase a circling ticket!

IMPORTANT ENTRY INFORMATION!

The UK Government have now implemented their Plan B regulations.

This means that all ticket and pass holders must have COVID certification to attend any events within The Copper Rooms.

Any ticket and pass holders unable to provide a valid COVID pass or evidence of a negative lateral flow / PCR test when asked will not be permitted entry to events.

FAQS

What is COVID certification?
COVID certification predominantly means providing proof of being double vaccinated via the NHS COVID Pass.

However, for people who are not vaccinated, they can demonstrate they are not infectious via a negative PCR or lateral flow test result.

Acceptable forms of certification include proof of:

•             Full vaccination (two doses +14 days)
•            A negative lateral flow or PCR test taken in the previous 48 hours

How do I prove my COVID-19 status?
The simplest way of obtaining certification is with the COVID Pass through the NHS app or website via this link. You can also get a COVID Pass via the 119 phone service (this process takes up to 5 days).

You can obtain an NHS COVID Pass if you have:

  • Been fully vaccinated over two weeks earlier
  • Taken a negative COVID test in the previous 48 hours

Can I show a physical lateral flow kit or a photo of the physical lateral flow test to prove a negative result?
No, a photo or the physical test itself is not an acceptable form of proof. A negative test result can be reported here and you will then receive an email or text which can be used to demonstrate your COVID status on entry to Students’ Union Events.

I was vaccinated outside of the UK so I can't use the NHS app to prove my COVID status – what do I do?
If you live in England and had your vaccination abroad, you can ask to have this added to your NHS vaccination record via your Uk doctor. Once it is added you can get an NHS COVID Pass.
