Sports Ball is the biggest social event of the calendar year!
Hosted and run by the SU, the Sports Ball is your chance to celebrate your year of sport at Warwick!
This year we are taking you to an exciting new venue, the Coventry Building Society Arena, home of Coventry City Football club.
Coaches will leave from Bluebell Car Park to take you to the Coventry Building Society Arena where you will be wined and dined - see the menu below.
Once dinner is done, it will be time for the Sports Awards, followed by live music and DJ entertainment until it is time to head home.
Coaches will take you back with drop offs to both campus and Leamington.

Menu choices must be selected by 30th May using the table plan link at the bottom of this page.
Vegan options are available on request. other dietary requests will be accommodated where possible.
All dietary requirements must be emailed to dietary.requirements@warwicksu.com after table plans have been submitted.
Entertainment
This year's entertainment is provided by the fantastic Smooth Criminals followed by a great set from our in-house DJ's.
Travel
All travel is included as part of the event ticket.
Coaches depart campus at 5.30pm from Bluebell car park.
The first return coaches home will leave the Coventry Building Society Arena from 11pm (or when full). Coaches will then run throughout the evening until the end of the event.
All return coaches will drop-off at campus and Leamington Spa (Town Centre).
Tickets
Tickets are available at £60 and will be on general release from midday Tuesday 25th April and will be limited to 1 per person.
AFTER PURCHASING YOUR TICKET PLEASE SELECT COLLECT LATER AS AN OPTION.
Ticket price includes meal, transport, table wine and entertainment.
Owing to the historical popularity of the event it is recommended that tickets are purchased early to avoid disappointment #justsaying

You will be able to submit your Sports Ball table plans from Tuesday 9th May at midday until Tuesday 30th May by following this link:

At this point, you will also be asked to stipulate your menu choice. You can specify any dietary requirements you may have, due to allergies or religion, by emailing dietary.requirements@warwicksu.com after your table has been created.
We may not be able to accommodate any requests made after 30th May. So please ensure all table plans and menu choices are submitted prior to this.
