Sports Ball is the biggest social event of the calendar year!
Hosted and run by the SU, the Sports Ball is your chance to celebrate your year of sport at Warwick!
This year we are back to our favourite venue, the Hilton Metropole at the NEC.
Coaches will leave from Bluebell Car Park to take you to the Hilton where you will be wined and dined - see the menu below.
Once dinner is done, it will be time for the Sports Awards, followed by live music and DJ entertainment until it is time to head home.
Coaches will take you back with drop offs to both campus and Leamington.

Black garlic and sage marinated roast breast of chicken on a parsnip potato cake with savoy cabbage, roast carrots, tenderstem broccoli and a rich port sauce
or
Sage and Vegan Applewood cheese arancini rice cake on a warm salad of mediterranean vegetables with tomatoes and tenderstem broccoli
Dessert
Iced lemon meringue parfait with blueberry coulis

Menu choices must be selected by 12th May using the table plan link at the bottom of this page.
Vegan options are available on request. other dietary requests will be accommodated where possible.

Travel
All travel is included as part of the event ticket.
Coaches depart campus at 5.30pm from Bluebell car park.
The first return coaches home will leave the Hilton Metropole from 11pm (or when full). Coaches will then run throughout the evening until the end of the event.
All return coaches will drop-off at campus and Leamington Spa (Town Centre).
Tickets
Tickets are available at £60 and will be on general release from midday Tuesday 29th April and will be limited to 1 per person.
AFTER PURCHASING YOUR TICKET PLEASE SELECT COLLECT LATER AS AN OPTION.
Ticket price includes meal, transport, table wine and entertainment.
Owing to the historical popularity of the event it is recommended that tickets are purchased early to avoid disappointment #justsaying

You will be able to submit your Sports Ball table plans from Thursday 1st May at midday until Monday 12th May by following this link:

At this point, you will also be asked to stipulate your menu choice. You can specify any dietary requirements you may have, due to allergies or religion, by emailing dietary.requirements@warwicksu.com after your table has been created.
We may not be able to accommodate any requests made after 12th May. So please ensure all table plans and menu choices are submitted prior to this.
