Event Description

Exec Welcome invites you!! We want to welcome you all on being elected and taking your place as Exec members here at the SU! This event will consist of providing key dates and information, helping you to understand your roles and providing you with all the resources you need to ensure you can run your Society as successfully as possible! (Your coordinators will also be available for any questions after).

Dates: 10.30-12.30pm for all days - You only need to attend ONE of the below. They are the same event, just on different days, so get the ticket that works best for you :)

Thursday 30th April

Friday 1st May (Players event after with food - see below) 

Friday 8th May (Players event after with food - see below)

Thursday 14th May

(This will be based on a first come first served basis).

Registration will start at 10.15am, with the event starting at 10.30am so please arrive on time.

It is compulsory for the three core Exec positions to attend:

• President
• Treasurer
• Welfare Officer

If any of the above cannot attend, another Exec can come in your place.

Please sign up using the free ticket options on this page. Please note this is an in-person event only.

Players event:

Any Exec member attending any Exec welcome event can attend this, even if they do not attend the session the event is on. Any other Exec member of the Society is also welcome to attend (up to 15 Execs per Society). The free bus will pick up at 12.30pm from health centre road, and will come back to Campus and Leamington at 3pm. Then at Players in Coventry you have the change to mingle and meet new Execs, and have a free lunch!

Tickets for this will close a week before the event, please only get a free ticket if you are definitley going, and pass this onto your other Exec! :) Each attendee must purchase a free ticket, even if they are not on the core Exec (but want to attend the Players event).
