Over the last 16 years The Big Fresher's Icebreaker has provided a right of passage between ordinary life and University life for over 500,000 students... and now it's your turn!

With stage games, spectacular artistes, DJ's, giveaways and an all night party, we bring you The Big Fresher's Icebreaker!

This is not just an event... It's a tradition. We sell out far in advance every year, so please make sure to buy your ticket early.

This is your night — to kick back, connect, and celebrate the beginning of days of your life. Whether you're a new student or just love a good party, you won't want to miss this!

✅ 18+ only - with physical ID absolutely required (In line with UK licencing laws, it is illegal to admit under 18’s into our nightclub. Whilst we apologise for the disappointment this will cause, it is strictly a legal requirement)

✅ Last admissions 01:30am. Advise entry before 11:00pm.

✅ Entry is £14, with tickets on sale from 12pm Noon on 1st September via the SU Website… with tickets in high demand, be prepared to ensure you do not miss out!

*** Or.... for just £40 you can purchase the Freshers Pass which will get you into both Welcome Parties, Big Freshers Ice Breaker, Loud & Proud, Rep My Flag, Tamil, Bollynights, Sonic and the ever popular Foam Party!

**** Or (yes there are options) …. you can purchase the Warwick SU Annual Pass, which covers all the above (apart from the Welcome Parties) plus every Pop and Skool Dayz for this academic year!

Valid 18+ Photo ID MUST be present on entry – Passport or (Provisional) Drivers License. Please contact venues directly or check their websites to ask if they allow BRP or 18+ Citizens Cards as this will vary venue to venue.
Please arrive by 10.30PM to ensure smooth entry to the venue. Our events are extremely busy, so to minimise queuing times it is recommended to arrive as early as possible!
Due to legal reasons, there will be nothing we can do once ticket sales match the venue capacity. The event will be marked as SOLD OUT and no further tickets will be made available.

Quiet hour is from 10am-11am. The queue will close at 5.15pm for last entry, then the Fair finishes at 6pm.
