Come see Sinners presented with stunning 4K Laser Projection on the big screen in L3!

The mysterious new film from director Ryan Coogler (the Black Panther films, Creed, Fruitvale Station), starring Michael B Jordan in a dual role, is set to be one of the most exciting and intriguing horror films of 2025. Set in 1930s Southern America, it follows twin brothers (both played by Jordan) who return to their hometown to leave past troubles behind, only to find an even greater evil waiting for them back home. The threat the brothers face was much speculated about before a more recent trailer revealed it, so I shall not say what that threat is here. It is safe to say, however, that the film sounds fascinating, and is a rare modern example of a big budget horror film, at $90 million. Shot on a mix of Ultra Panavision 70mm (used recently for The Hateful Eight) and IMAX 70mm (Christopher Nolan’s beloved shooting format), this is set to look absolutely gorgeous, with stunning production design to boot. I’m super excited for this one – Coogler and Jordan are a dynamite pairing and I can’t wait to find out what they’ve cooked up together. [Ollie Lambert]
