The Oculus
Club Conference is all about giving new executive members of student clubs a head start for the year ahead. This event plans to host a fun and interactive day designed to help exec members to learn the ropes of leadership, absorb essential training and opportunities, and give the chance to connect with other exec members.
- The event is open to all exec members and it is encouraged that as many attend as possible. At a minimum - 3 exec members must attend from each club.
- A minimum of 1 member from each club must attend a Report & Support session.
Registration instructions:
- All attendees are required to register using the link below. During registration, you’ll be asked to select the training sessions you wish to attend. This helps us manage session capacity and catering.
- Some topics are offered multiple times across different sessions, so please ensure you review all available topics from Sessions 1-3.
- The schedule has been designed to align with different executive roles and to minimise any clashes between topics.
- If you’re unsure which sessions to choose, please make your best selection for now. You can request changes at a later date by contacting a member of staff; however, if sessions are full, we may not be able to accommodate any changes.
